Rajiv is currently the CEO of Eagle Investments Ltd, a privately owned Investments and Advisory firm based in Dubai. He has over 40 years of Commercial and Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and Investments experience. He spent 35 years at Citibank in various senior executive positions: 28 years in Commercial and Investment Banking, Corporate Finance and Risk Management in the Middle East and seven years in Consumer Banking with Citibank in New York, USA. In addition to Eagle India Investments Sharia Fund I Limited, he currently is a senior director on the Board of Amãna Bank (Sri Lanka) and is a director of Maldives Islamic Bank (Maldives), Eagle Investments Limited (UAE).

He holds an MBA in Finance, Long Island University, New York, USA.

Elias has over 20 years of operational and corporate finance, strategy consulting and investment banking experience ranging across industries including real estate, infrastructure, logistics, construction, leisure / hospitality and financial services. He is currently Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Investment at Eagle Investments Limited, Dubai (“Eagle”), responsible for origination and execution of corporate finance, restructuring, capital raising and investment mandates for Eagle, its shareholders and clients.​
Prior to Eagle, Elias held several positions at global strategy consulting firms and regional financial services firms including Royal Capital, AT Kearney, Capital Investments and Bechtel Corporation, working on numerous principal investments, divestments and restructuring, capital raising and strategic and operational advisory mandates for government clients, large corporates and SMEs in the GCC and MENA regions. He started his career at Bechtel Corporation in their U.S offices focusing on financial analysis for both large scale energy and telecommunication infrastructure and construction projects.

Elias holds an MBA in finance from The George Washington University, USA and a Bachelor of Science degree in management and economics from Purdue University, USA.

Farhan is a Managing Director at Eagle Investments. Farhan has over 25 years of financial services industry experience focused on corporate finance/financial strategy and capital & financial markets. Previously he has worked with Goldman Sachs, Citi and Standard Chartered in London, Dubai, Bahrain and Pakistan.​

Farhan holds an MBA (Banking & Finance) from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, Pakistan.

Deval is currently Head of International for Eagle Proprietary Investments Ltd. where he focuses on new investments, strategic partnerships and manages the firm’s international investments portfolio. Deval has over 20 years of private investments experience with a focus on venture capital, private equity and credit. Deval is currently a Board member of the following companies and nonprofits: ContractPodAi (UK), Robin (US), Asset Vantage (Singapore), Priori Legal (US) and The Webb Schools (US).​ Prior to Eagle, he was a Vice President at a venture capital firm and the firm’s leader in deal origination, underwriting, execution and Portfolio Company management. During this time, Deval was a Board Member at China Rapid Finance (China), Harvest Network Technologies (China) and Western United Life Assurance (US), serving on the Finance, Audit, Investment and Nominating Committees. Prior to this, he was a Senior Associate at a hedge fund within the Bank Loans & Trading group responsible for underwriting and managing non-investment grade debt investments across the capital structure for US borrowers. He actively managed 13 portfolio companies aggregating over $100MM of exposure across various industries.
Deval began his career in Investment Banking & Structured Finance at Citigroup in New York. He was a member of the Asset Finance Group working on asset based and principal finance transactions.

Deval received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College and a Finance degree in the General Course program at the London School of Economics.

Sharon is the COO of Eagle Investments Limited & Eagle Proprietary Investments Limited and has over two decades of experience in the Financial Services industry, including with Eagle Proprietary Investments Limited (EPIL) and Eagle Investments Limited (EIL). She set up Eagle Proprietary Investments Limited in 2008 in the DIFC in Dubai, UAE. Sharon has fifteen years of diverse experience with Citigroup in the area of Compliance, Risk, Operation Management, Matrix Management, Business Systems & Technology and People Management. She played a lead role as part of the Senior Management team that started and built the Citibank Kuwait Franchise.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from Bombay University and holds an ICA International Diploma in Compliance awarded in association with the University of Manchester, Business School.

Raza has over 20 years of senior management experience and is the Chief Financial Officer at Eagle, a principal investment and corporate advisory group with a Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) regulated financial services license. He has full responsibility for the finance function including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to group head office and for Prudential reporting to the DFSA; consolidations; treasury and cash management; investment appraisals; building and maintaining financial relationships with banks, shareholders, regulator, and the outsourced compliance, accounting and legal teams; budgeting and forecasting; designing and implementing financial policies and procedures; financial risk management; internal and external audit, reporting directly to the CEO and other stakeholders.
Prior to joining Eagle, he was with Grant Thornton in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, latterly as an audit partner.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Batchelor of Arts (Hons.) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom.

Adam is responsible for sourcing, due diligence and executing new investments and working closely with portfolio companies to support their strategic objectives. He has more than 10 years of private capital markets experience in various asset classes and has been involved in transactions throughout Europe, US, Southeast Asia and MENA. Prior to joining Eagle Investments Limited, he held several positions on the buy-side with institutional investors in the region managing in excess of USD 2.5bn covering small- and mid-market portfolio companies across manufacturing, healthcare, consumer and support services.

Adam graduated from the American University in Dubai and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
