Eagle Proprietary Investments Limited: A DIFC-registered, globally diversified investment firm focused on investing in early- to mid-stage growth companies within key strategic sectors.

We are a global investment and advisory group based in the Dubai International Financial Center (Dubai, UAE). Eagle was established a decade ago and is fully owned by the National Industries Group in Kuwait, which is listed under the Kuwait Stock Exchange and the Dubai Financial Market

Our History

National Industries Group Holding (“NIG”) founded the Eagle organization through the creation of Eagle Proprietary Investments Limited (“EPIL”) – a private investment firm focused on investing on a global scale and partnering with striving founders and management teams, providing growth capital and strategic support to achieve the company’s full potential . EPIL was established in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in 2008. Since its founding, EPIL has invested in and managed a globally diversified portfolio comprised of high-growth companies and assets.

Building on its success in advising NIG, Eagle expanded into financial advisory for select 3rd party clients In June of 2012, by establishing Eagle Investments Limited (EIL), a DIFC registered and Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) regulated company.

EPIL was mandated by NIG to provide strategic advisory services to the group’s Senior Management and its operating subsidiaries within the infrastructure & industrials, manufacturing, financial services, real estate, and energy sectors, across a range of activities relating to acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructuring, and capital raising.

Today, Eagle is led by Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rajiv Dvivedi – whose career spans over 40 years in global finance, including in Senior Management and Executive roles with Citigroup and its predecessor firms.
